Hi, I’m Stefania. I specialize in helping people work through the lasting effects of trauma, growing up with emotionally unavailable parents, and the complex nature of ambiguous grief and loss. When your early foundation was shaky, it’s common to deal with chronic anxiety, feeling like you’re not "enough," or struggling to be kind to yourself. Whether you are navigating past trauma or the lingering "what ifs" of ambiguous loss, I’m here to help you process that heavy stuff so you can feel like yourself again. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
My approach is pretty laid back and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a safe space, not a stiff or clinical one—so yes, cussing, dark humor, and laughing are all welcome here. My goal is to work with you to understand those messy parts of your inner world and help you find a little more peace and balance.
