Hi! I’m Stefania. I specialize in helping women and LGBTQ+ individuals heal from the lasting impact of acute and chronic trauma, as well as parental emotional neglect. When our early foundations are fractured, it’s common to struggle with anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, or a difficult relationship with yourself and others. I provide a dedicated space to process these disempowering experiences and move toward a life where you feel whole and capable again. You don't have to navigate the weight of these memories alone.
My practice is built on a compassionate, laid back, non-judgmental approach to therapy. (Cussing, humor and laughter are allowed). By creating this safe space, we can explore the parts of your inner world together and bring them into balance.
